Abstract

This study analyzes the evaluation of public services to the satisfaction of the community. PAN according to the 2004 Decree on the task of government is to serve the public, the government needs to continue to improve the quality of public services. Administrative Reform State Minister of State (Minister PAN) Number 63/KEP/M.PAN/7/2003. Every organization should have a standard of public services and public service as a guarantee of certainty for service recipients. Standard service is a standardized measure of the public service delivery that must be obeyed by the giver or recipient and services, standardization of minimal public services cover service procedures for both the giver and the recipient of the service, turnaround time from the time of application until the completion of the service, including complaints, including details of service charges , Product services provided in accordance with the conditions set, facilities and infrastructure providers in the delivery of services, personnel competence service providers based on the expertise, skills, attitudes, and behaviors needed. Through research directly to the people who come in the service as much as 90 respondents can be concluded that people choose satisfactory service in the Village. USING descriptive analytic study, this study focuses on just one variable, namely the existing public services in the Village Office Dadaprejo In Stone Town, so it can be seen that the evaluation of the quality of public services and public service standards affecting people's satisfaction. The conclusion of this study, supporting the theory that was developed by some Kridawati Sadhana, the public service standards.
