Abstract

The purpose of this study was twofold. Firstly, to investigate the direct effect of internal control and compensationon job satisfaction. Secondly, to examine the indirect effect of the internal control and compensation on job through performance. Using proportionate stratified random sampling technique ninety six questionnaires were sent, and all were returned, making response rate 100%. Data was analysed using quantitative approach with path analysis technique. The result of this study showed that there were direct influence of internal control and compensation on job satisfaction. The result of the research also proved that were an indirect influence of internal control and compensation on job satisfaction through performance.
